Luke 1:37 -The God Of The Impossible

Luke 1:37 -For nothing is impossible with God.
GOOD GOD ALMIGHTY! OUR GOD IS THE GOD OF THE IMPOSSIBLE!!!

Scripture declares on this morning that “nothing is impossible with God”. Do you believe that? In other words, God is a God of the impossible!

Maybe you are in a season of grief, discouragement, disappointment, depression, despair and pain from the loss of a love one or a job and your financial status may have changed and you see no way possible for you to make ends meet. You have tried and tried to figure things out in your mind and nothing seems to be possible with the little that you have. What do you do? Where do you turn to?

Truly our God is the God of the impossible!

God’s Word declares on this morning that He is a God of the impossible. It clearly states that “Nothing” is impossible with God.

In a world that changes everyday, we serve a God who changes not. Hebrew 13:8 declares that Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever. He changes not!

Every time you face a situation that tells you it is impossible, look up to heaven and declare to God these words, “Lord, I know you are a God of the impossible and I give this impossible view of my situation to you.”

I want to leave you with the comfort of a song written by James Fortune called “I TRUST YOU”. The Word of God and Gospel music helps calms the storms of impossible thinking.

“I TRUST YOU”, THE GOD OF THE IMPOSSIBLE!

One of the most difficult things to do is to find yourself in a storm and while in that storm it seems like everyone who you thought you could count on has all walked away; and Sometimes it seems like even God Himself has forgotten about you.

But in spite of it all you should still be able to lift your hands and say “Lord, I trust You”.

Even though I can’t see and I can’t feel your touch, I will trust you lord. How I love you so much, though my nights may seem long and i feel so alone, Lord my trust is in you, I surrender to you.

So many painful thoughts travel through my mind and I wonder how I will make it through this time. Everything that I see tells me not to believe but i’ll trust you Lord. You have never failed me, my past still controls me, will this hurt ever leave? I can only trust you. No one loves like you do.

But i’ll trust you, Lord it’s not easy. Sometimes the pain in my life
makes You seem far away, but i’ll trust you, I need to know you’re here, through the tears and the pain, through the heartache and rain I’ll trust you.

I can, I will, I must, I trust you. ***repeat***

REMEMBER:YOU SERVE A GOD WHO IS A GOD OF THE IMPOSSIBLE!!

God bless and I love you all with the love of Christ!

Debra

About Minister Aiken

I am a Minister of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. I received my call to preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ on Sunday, February 16, 2003 and I was licensed as a Minister on Sunday, December 30, 2007. I am an Associate Minister, Sunday School Teacher for Adult # 1 Class, Instructor for New Members Class, Youth Church Teacher, Senior Missionary, and Blogger. I have worked in the medical field for 31 years. I am the wife of one husband whom I have been married to for the last 27 years. Out of this union came one son. I have always been an advocate of God's Word even prior to salvation. Now that I am saved, I have taken it to another level with the help of the Holy Spirit. I am what others call "Radicle for Christ!" Yes, I LOVE JESUS! I started sending out daily devotional messages over 12 years ago via email. In March of 2011 the Lord told me that it was time for the daily devotionals to be taken to the world wide web. I did not understand how nor belive that God could use me for such a task as this, but thanks be to God who knows all things. I obeyed God and the rest was history. This ministry has truly been a blessing to the heart and soul of many that are saved and unsaved. Many lives have been changed, energized, transformed, restored, refreshed, and clansed by the Power of the Holy Spirit through God's spoken words from His Bible. Romans 10:14-15 - How, then, can they call on the one they have not believed in? And how can they believe in the one of whom they have not heard? And how can they hear without someone preaching to them? 15-And how can anyone preach unless they are sent? As it is written: "How beautiful are the feet of those who bring good news!" Truly, this Ministry is a blessing from God to mankind everywhere. No great works has any man done that he or she should boast! "TELL THE LORD THANK YOU" is indeed the Lord's will for you and I. God truly is an "AWESOME WONDER!" I love Him!! He is my Lord and Savior!!! Romans 8:31- If God be for you, who could be against you? It was Christ who died for us. 1 Thessalonian 5;18-Give thanks in all things for this is the Lord will concerning you and I in Christ Jesus. Matthew 6:33-But seek ye first the kingdom of God and His righteousness and all these things will be added unto you.

Hi, I stumbled upon this site as I am looking for some encouragement. Thank you for highlighting all the ‘impossible situations’ that were made possible with God. I really pray and hope that my impossible situation = barrenness can be made possible in Jesus’ most mighty name.

    • Amen!
God is a God of the impossible.
Hannah, Sarah, Leah, Elizabeth, Mary the Mother of Jesus are all impossibles that were made possible.
Remember, this walk is a faith walk. According to your faith, be it unto you. All things are possible to them that believe. If you could only believe and not doubt. God’s timing is not our timing. Pray, seek God through His Word and continue to trust, knowing that the effectual fervant prayer of the righteous availeth much.

      God bless!
